Step 1: Call-Out

Step 2: Ordeal Weekend
Boys and adults will be busy this weekend.
Night alone from others
Sleep with sleeping bag and tarp
Please let us know of disabilities that may be affected by heavy labor
Peanut butter on bread
Please notify us of any food allergies

Cheerfully serve camp and others

Being an OA Member
Ordeal-First Honor, will recieve after this weekend
Brotherhood-Second Honor, earn after 10 months and must pass the Brotherhood Test
Vigil-Third Honor, must be Brotherhood 2 years and elected by Order of the Arrow peers.
Attend Chapter and LEC Meetings
River Trails, Onatah, Northern Lights
Go to Chapter and Lodge Events
Be an OA Representative/Advisor for unit
More chances for leadership positions
Conferences-Held twice a year. Once in spring, and fall.
Winter Banquet-A dinner and year-in-review for our Lodge. This is held in January
Section C-7 Conclave- Here we get together with our peers from the other 10 lodges in our area. This event is in April.
National Leadership Seminar(NLS)-Recieve the OA's highest training. Hosted 4 times a year by the Central Region
National Order of the Arrow Conference(NOAC)-The OA's biggest national event. A week at Michigan State with arrowmen from all over the nation. Next oppurtunity in 2015.
