1. Simple Fracture- bone is broken but doesn't push through the skin
2. Compound Fracture- bone is broken and protruedes through the skin
3. Dislocation- a bone that is forced out of its normal position in a joint
4. Sprain- tearing or straining of tendons and ligaments at a joint
5. Rickets- caused by a lack of vitamin D in children
6. Arthritis- inflammation of joints, could result in fusion of the bones
7. Spina Bifida- "Curvature of the spine"; lumbar-sacrum area
