About the Delltons
The Delltons are a rock and roll band and originally formed in 1958. They started out as a vocal harmony group with the members as Brian Perkins, Noel Widerberg, Ian 'Peewee' Wison and Warren Lucas. In the mid 80s the group transformed from a vocal quartet to a five piece vocal band. It all started when Ian Wilson and Noel Widerberg were both lifesavers at the Bronte Surf Club, when they began singing togther at the club socials. Both Ian and Noel were interested in a four part Doo Wop harmony music.
The Delltons
Johnny O'keefe was 19 January 1935
Bondi Junction, New South Wales, Australia. He died on 6 October 1978 (aged 43) St Vincent's Hospital, Darlinghurst,Australia. He was a rock and roll singer which his career started in the 1950s. Some of his hits include "Wild One" (1958), "Shout!" and "She's My Baby". The hit that was She's My Baby which was at no 1.
The instruments he used in Shout and how he used them:
Drums-hit with sticks
Main (male) vocals-sung, sounds husky and shouted
Male backing vocals-sung, kind of shouted but still sound fairly smooth
Electric guitar-strummed
Tenor and alto saxophone-played using a reed
Bass guitar-plucked.
The style of music he uses Pop and some Jazz.

Rock and roll started with the blues. It began in United States during the late 1940s and early 1950s. Rock and roll did not get its name until the 1950s. there are many different types of rock and roll and different people interpret rock and roll differently. the origins are: African -American Blues, Gospel and Country music.
Frank Ifield
Frank Ifield was a very famous person. He was born on the 30th of november 1937. He is 74 years old with lots of success during his career. Frank had 4 hits at number 1 during the time of 1962 and 1963. One of the last best hit was ''Confessin (that I love you)'', which was at number 1 in the 1963'. one of the album's he had were called Something Rare and Wonderful.

The Easy beats are made of Stevie Wright, Harry Vanda, George Young, Dick Diamonde, Snowy Fleet and Tony Cahill. They are a rock and roll band that formed in Sydney in late 1964. They are seen as the best Australian rock band in the 1960s and were the first Australian rock and roll act to score an international pop hit with their 1966 single "Friday on My Mind". Parlophone was the most successful album to go on the charts.

Skyhooks were an Australian rock band formed in Melbourne in March 1973 by Greg Macainsh on bass and backing vocals, and Imants "Freddie" Strauks on drums.They were joined by Bob "Bongo" Starkie on guitar and backing vocals, and Red Symons on guitar, vocals and keyboards; Graeme "Shirley" Strachan became lead vocalist in March 1974. They were known for flamboyant costumes and make-up, Skyhooks addressed teenage issues including buying drugs ("Carlton (Lygon Street Limbo)"), suburban sex ("Balwyn Calling"), the gay scene ("Toorak Cowboy") and loss of girlfriends ("Somewhere in Sydney") According to music historian, Ian McFarlane "Skyhooks made an enormous impact on Australian social life".

In early July 1962 (two weeks after the 'Get a little dirt on your hands' came into the charts), Noel was in a terrible car accident. After 2 months friends and business associates persuaded the band to get a replacement and continue with there careers. they found a replacement called Col Loughnan.

Jet was an Australian rock band formed in 2001 while at school St Bede's College Mentone in Melbourne. The band members were lead guitarist Cameron Muncey, bassist Mark Wilson, and brothers Nic and Chris Cester on vocals/rhythm guitar and drums respectively. The group sold 6.5 million records worldwide. The band's last album, Shaka Rock, was released on 19 August 2009. The band announced their 'discontinuation as a group' on March 2012.

Killing Heidi is a rock band from Violet Town, Victoria. The band has been togther from 1996 till 2006, they are best known for their multi-platinuim album Reflector, which was released in 2000. There are 4 members and was still together since 2006.
