What This Project Is About
For this project, I decided to make four meals. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Dessert. This is how it turned out.
For the breakfast portion of this project, I decided to make a pancake wrap. It was good. It tasted like a pancake with a little bit of a fruity kick. I made it by making a pancake, then putting fruit in it.

For lunch, I made mac & cheese. Unlike the other recipes, the mac & cheese is a recipe I made before the idea for this project. It is my way of saying pasta with lots of cheese mixed in. I made it by cooking elbow pasta, and mixing a lot of cheese in it when it was just boiled.
For dinner, I cooked spaghetti and meat sauce. It was my first time making something with meat. It turned out good. My parents said it was good too. I made this dish by boiling spaghetti and then pouring the meat sauce on it.
For my dessert portion, I decided to make soft serve chocolate ice cream. I got a soft serve ice cream maker for my birthday. I didn't know what to do for the dessert portion, so I decided to do this. It tasted like the frozen yogurt you get at ice cream shops.
Everything I did as part of my project turned out good at least once. The first time I tried the soft serve ice cream, it tasted weird. Then I tried it again. The second time I gave some to Catherine and Shea. They said it was good. Nothing turned out ugly at any point.
The Good, the Bad, the Ugly
While doing this project, I learned how to make more foods. Before I did this project, I only felt comfortable making cupcakes and boil up pasta. I could make harder things with my dad, like pasta from scratch. Now I know how to make a lot more things than just what I'm used to.
What I Learned
My Dad - For setting up the materials I needed for making the food.
Mr. Stack - For helping me come up with ideas for this project.
Pancake Wrap/Pancakes
1 cup of all purpose flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt

1 egg
1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Add all of the dry ingredients into a medium sized bowl.
Beat the egg, then add all of the other wet ingredients into a small bowl.
When you finish mixing the wet ingredients together, then add them with the dry ingredients, and mix those. Then you have a choice of adding some cinnamon, vanilla (a little bit) and chocolate chips or whatever you put in your regular pancakes.
Then put the pancake batter on a griddle. the top of the pancakes should be boiling when it is ready to be flipped over. Semi - burnt pancakes are the best way to make them.
When they are completed, fill them with fruit.

My brother (Tommy) and my sister (Sophie) do not like things very easily, so the rating is very good.
Hope you liked my project. If you have any questions, please contact Emerson.
