EX: The conductor or task force commander knows what "right looks like" but know they don't know everything.
Examples: Colin Kaepernick founded camps for his family, and had a strong family bond.
Ex:Richard St. John paid lots of attention to his clients and projects. Always did what was required.
EX: Richard St. John realized he needed to improve or else he would get nowhere.
EX: A battlefield commander knows what he needs to do correctly, and when it is the right time to do it in order to succeed.
