Prime Factorization
Prime Factorization in other words is Factor Tree. To explain how to get prime factorization of a number a am going to use 24 as a example. So you start like this:
First you get 24 and get to numbers that you can multiply by to get 24 like 4x6. Then you divide four, you can only divide by 2 so 2x2 then you get 6 and divide it, you can only divide it by 2x3 so your Prime factorization is 2x2x2x3 you only have to put together 2x2 and 2x3.
Partial Quotient Method
Partial Quotient Method is a method of division. First you put the number that is divided in a tipe of box like this one 2 24 then you can choose a number that is by tens like 10 so then you multiply 2x10=20 in the partial quotient method you do like this 2 24 10

Then you need to find the way to multiply 2x_= 4 it is 2x2 so then you do 4-4 and you get 0 and then you add up 10+2 and I got 12

if the number is divisible by both 2 and 3.

if the sum of the digits is divisible by 9.

if the last digit is 0
