Romeo and Juliet Storyboard
Transcript of Romeo and Juliet Storyboard
The sun, for sorrow, will not show his head.
Go hence, to have more talk of these sad things.
Some shall be pardoned, and some punishèd.
For never was a story of more woe
Than this of Juliet and her Romeo." The End Romeo, son of old Montague, is a handsome young man. He fancies he is in love with Rosaline, who rejects him. Romeo becomes depressed. To cure him of his love, his friend Benvolio induces him to attend a masked ball at the Capulets. At the ball Romeo sees Juliet, and the two fall in love instantly. After they meet, each discovers the other is a member of an opposing family, the Montagues and the Capulets, who have been feuding for many years. Juliet, on learning Romeo’s identity from a servant, confesses to herself that her only love has sprung from her only hate. After the party, Romeo sneaks away from his friends and cousin. He hides in the orchard below Juliet’s window. Juliet appears and talks to herself about her love for Romeo. Unable to contain himself, Romeo leaps out from hiding. They talk to each other of love and each vow’s love to the other. Juliet says she will send her Nurse to Romeo tomorrow, and he is to tell her when and where they will be married.
