In 2006, the School of Business received accreditation by AACSB International. It is one of just five percent of all business schools in the world that meet the rigorous standards for accreditation by the AACSB.

In 2011 the School of Business at AUC has received a renewed five-year accreditation. As a leading institution within the Middle East, AUC is the only University to receive this accreditation in Egypt.

In August 2011, the Management Center received accreditation by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training (ACCET), an accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as a “reliable authority as to the quality of education or training provided by institutions of higher education and the programs they accredit” and the only recognized accrediting agency to be certified as an ISO 9001:2008-Quality Management System by Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI).
