Size: About 80 ft. Who made it: King Nebuchadnezzar ll They chose the Hanging Gardens of Babylon as one of the 7 structures because of how tall it is, it's area, and how it was made. When was it built: Around 6000 B.C. Who Built it: King Nebuchadnezzar ll The Hanging Gardens of Babylon was built for his sick wife and it was actually useful. The Garden of Babylon was just used by the rulers and the rich We could build the Hanging Gardens of Babylon today because it was made of natural resources and we still have this resources today. The fact that it was built for his wife made me research further. Lots of kings treat their wives mean and treat them like trash. I thought this was sweet!
