Realistic First Year Earnings
$75,000 - $80,000
Company Car/Car Allowance
Car Allowance - $450/Month + Gas
Strong technical sales experience
Understanding of seals is ideal
Ability to sell the process externally and internally
Self driven with the ability to work remotely
Ability to travel 60-70% overnight
Understanding of Valve Sealing
Ability to deal with OEMs

No money up front to begin the search
Fee based on an estimate of the candidate’s first year earnings
30% of that amount

Reduced fee of 27% of first year earnings
Engagement fee of $5,000 for each individual position to begin the search
