If your daily diet is composed of 55% carbohydrates, 30% maximum fat (including 10% saturated fat) and 15% protein, you are eating healthily.
We recommend eating 2 pieces of fruit in children and 4 pieces in the adult day

Fruits are low in calories, as almost 80% of its composition is water, and it is recommended in diets for obesity. It is better to eat a piece of fruit before a pastry.

They contain dietary fiber that provides many benefits such as constipation

They are antioxidant and they seem to be protective substances against cancer

They provide lots of vitamins
Vegetables have a low protein and fat and have a low calorie content.

But you mustn't eat too much meat because it contains fat and can get you fat

This is the type of food you should eat less,

Backed food is too bad because has a lot of oil and fats.
Generally, the places that sell fast food like McDonald's are quite dirty, you don't know the food origin, they show us a very good looking but actually is the worst. If you usually eat in these places you might have heart problems and you became fat.
When you eat lots of food or unhealthy food you are prone to get fat and suffer different problems.
Eat a lot of food despite it is healthy is bad for our bodies. it's just as bad eating too much food than anything.
Cakes, muffins... are quite bad because they have chocolate. Although we really like them, is important that we only taste them few times.
