Are Your Eyes Playing Tricks on You?
By: Tracy Duong
Conclusion
Try to find nine people in the is picture
Its impossible
Purpose
The reason why i want to do this topic is that in science i am learning about light and i looked at some Optical Illusions and it tricked my eyes so i was wondering does my eyes play tricks on me.
Independent- The distance
Dependent- If their eyes play tricks on them
Control- The image
1.I will pick a Optical Illusions or a Afterimage.
2.I will pick a helper to test the experiment.
3.I will take notes on what they see.
4.I will check the results.
I will be observing if your eyes play tricks on you.
To get my conclusion, I checked the results and I was testing Cesar to tell me what he sees and my hypothesis was right your eyes do play tricks on you. Next time when i do a science fair project i will do a experiment about how do people create afterimages and discover the science behind it.
So picked a Afterimages or Optical Illusions and test my helper and he or she will tell me what they see.
Trail 1:He saw the color
blue
,
orange
,
pink
, and
purple

Cesar
Trail 2:He saw the color
blue
,
orange,
pink
, and
purple
.
So he saw that same colors over and over again.

Research
Optical Illusions can use color, light and patterns to create images that can be messed up to our brains. The eye is processed by the brain, creating a perception that in reality, does not match the true image.Optical illusions simply trick our brains into seeing things which may or may not be real
