Preamble
We, the members of the CHRISTIAN BROTHERHOOD INTERNATIONAL realizing the need for an organization that shall bind us in common faith, ideals, goals, and sentiments to glorify the Lord; aiming to strengthen the Christian Fellowship and to encourage intellectual and academic excellence among its members, do hereby ordain and promulgate this Constitution.

Article II
Section 2

The CBI is a
non-stock, non-profit

association under BUKLOD-KADIWA-BINHI.

Section 3
Activities within the context of brotherhood
guided by the Christian values
instilled in them.

Section 4

CBI recognition
protecting
the members
rights

and
upholding
their
interests

Section 5
discourages and prohibits acts of
violence
,
immoralities
, and acts
contrary to law
.

Section 6
develop
and
utilize
the
talents
and
potentials

of its members striving towards becoming
responsible and productive students
Article III
Section 13
No member of CBI
can be a member of any other school organizations that espouses principles and objectives contrary to its own, such as
fraternities
,
sororities
,
brotherhoods
and/or
associations
within the same educational institution

Section 15
No money or property
of any kind shall be
required
for membership

Officers
Be the
official custodian of all records
of the Chapter.

Keep an
official roster of all officers and members
of The Chapter.

Issue
notices
of all regular, special and emergency
meetings
of the organization as directed by the President.

Take and keep a
record
of the minutes and attendance of all
meetings
.

Assist the President in the
preparation of all reports
the Chapter.

Keep a record and be responsible for all the
properties
of the Chapter.
Academic Affairs Committee
Plan and initiate activities that will
encourage academic excellence
among members.

Organize study groups
and coordinate with brethren who are members of the faculty for this purpose.

Set chapter
devotional prayer
meetings in preparation of examination.

Study problems
that may arise
with regard to the academic concerns of members
and to recommend possible solutions.

Socio-Cultural and Sports Committee
Plan and initiate
all socio-cultural and sports activities of the chapter.

Suggest ways and means that would
foster camaraderie among members
and generate enthusiasm regarding projects and other activities of the organization.

Develop the socio-cultural talents
of members and harness their energies through participation in sports activities.

Missionary Committee
Plan and initiate activities that would
propagate the Christian Doctrines
as written in the Holy Scriptures.

Help
prevent members from transgressing the Christian Doctrines
by strengthening their spiritual life.

See to it that all officers and
members participate in missionary activities.

Coordinate with the resident minister
having jurisdiction over the chapter of all missionary activities.

with the District Committee concerned regarding the activities of the Chapter.

Implement all
resolutions, decisions and projects
emanating from the District Director pertaining to his Chapter.
To act as
presiding officer
in the absence of the President, and to assist him

Exercise general supervision over the
Secretariat and Membership; Academic Affairs; and socio – Cultural and Sports committee

To perform other duties which the President may further direct.

To act as
presiding officer
in the absence, resignation or incapacity of both President and First Vice - President

To
assist the President
in matters concerning the Chapter.

Exercise general supervision over the
Missionary; Information and Liaison; and Outreach committee

To perform other duties that the President may further direct.

Take charge of
press releases, official dissemination of information
and publicly pertaining to the activities of the Chapter.

Help
generate enthusiasm
that would ensure maximum participation of members in up-coming projects thru the dissemination of news, facts and information, regarding them.

Be the
courier of news, information, circulars and notices
to the different officers of the Chapter.

Act as member of the
District public relations office
.

Outreach Committee
Be at the forefront in the
establishment of JrCB chapter
in the high school department within its jurisdiction.

Preside in all meetings and supervise activities
if there are still no regular JrCB officers.

See to it that all
JrCB officers are functioning
within the spirit of the goals of the organization.

Endeavour to
train new officers and search for members
for the eventual creation of independent Chapters from among its member schools.
