SAS: Statistical Analysis System is a software suite that can mine, alter, manage and retrieve data from a variety of sources and perform statistical analysis on it. It is the largest market-share holder for advanced analytics and it is very convenient to calculate data

EXCEL: Our group use excel to calculate, arrange, systemize and analyzes data and it is also a tool to make diagram.

Proc Means: The mean is the average value. We can deal with the order of the means and then figure out the maximum and minimum number.

Proc Freq: The frequency , we can know the percentage of respondents to the whole sample

Chi-Square: we can find out the difference in the respondents or not, and the calculated P value to reject or fail to reject the hypothesis.
