Your efforts will be rewarded.
Understand that there is no way that you can drop all the weight that you want to overnight. After all, you didn't gain all of your weight overnight. But if you push onward and you don't eat, you WILL reach your intended goal.
Your loved ones will be concerned.
When people start to see significant weight loss, that's when the baggy clothes start to come in handy. Wear big t-shirts so that people can't tell that you've lost lots of weight. Otherwise, they might try to help you and feed you and all your efforts will have gone to waste.
Anorexia is NOT easy.
Understand that anorexia is not a walk in the park. If it were, people would be losing weight everywhere and there would be no problem. Nobody would need a Jillian Michaels to help them lose weight. Our bodies are built to eat lush foods, and when you deprive them of these foods that you have already been eating for years, there is a longing for them. This is how binge eating happens. That's why you have to make sure that there are no junk foods around the house. Eliminate the temptation.
You're going to need encouragement
When you're feeling down and thinking of the nice body you'll have soon isn't enough to go on, visit Pro Ana websites that have encouraging quotes, and keep the quotes in a place where they can be easily seen. Write them down and memorize them. When you see food, recite it to yourself and turn the food down.
Here are some other tips
When you see food you want to eat, write down or think of 20 reasons why you should eat it. The only reason why you would want to eat it is: to not be hungry. But the cons are endless.
The worst thing you can do is binge eat. Don't do it. Instead of using them to shoving food into your mouth 24/7, do something more active, like work out or go for a walk. You can even take on a new hobby such as an instrument or better yet, a sport. You'll lose more weight this way.
While people may care about your health, you have to understand that there is more at stake here. If you are too fat, you are more likely to come into contact with more diseases that have to do with bad lifestyle. Foods these days are full of impurities. Not eating will prevent you from food poisoning and eating chemicals that companies pump into their foods to keep them fresh.
Be prepared to feel very tired all the time and not be able to perform all the physical activities you once were able to excel in. You are depriving your body of energy by not eating. But don't worry, you're going to look AMAZING.
Find someone else equally committed to having a flawless body as you are. Turn to each other when there is a question of commitment and encourage one another to keep going.
