Malcolm X by Chuck McGinsie
Malcolm X was born on May 19, 1925, in Omaha, Nebraska.

1930's - 1940's
When Malcolm attended West Junior High School, he was the only black student in the school.

Malcolm's English teacher dn't let him have his own opinion about what he wants to be when he grows up so he dropped out of school.
Malcolm meets his sister in Boston. Soon Malcolm gets a job shining shoes, but during his job he became acquainted with the city's criminal underground so he soon truned to selling drugs. He got another job as kitchen help on the Yankee Cliper train.
Malcolm gets arrested on charges of larceny and sentenced to ten years in jail.
Malcolm became the assistent minister of the Nation's Temple Number One in Detroit in Juof 1953.
On Febuary 21, 1965 Malcolm was assasinated by a white man calling him a name and then shot him in the chest in New York City, New York.
