The Fault in Our Stars
By: John Green
Hazel isn’t afraid of having cancer at all, she’s not scared about dying or anything. Hazel looks at cancer as away for her to get away from everyone. When Hazel meets Augustus her life could be changed for the better.
As Hazel learns more about Augustus she realizes what she could do to hurt him… Referring to herself as a grenade, with a high potential to blow up and ruin Augustus’s life all over again...
"The fault, dear Brutus, is not in our stars, But rather in ourselves"
maybe OKAY will be our always
‘The Fault in Our Stars’ is one of many amazing books by john green. The story begins with a young girl named Hazel Grace Lancaster, whom was diagnosed with thyroid cancer at age 13, who goes to a support group.
She then meets a gorgeous boy named Augustus Waters, whom also has cancer, who quickly befriends Hazel. Over a short time they find themselves to like each other.
...but Augustus disagrees. He doesn’t care if she hurts him because he loves her.
“Oh, I wouldn't mind, Hazel Grace. It would be a privilege to have my heart broken by you.” -Augustus Waters
When Hazel and Augustus find their forever, Hazel realizes that she loves him,
“As he read, I fell in love the way you fall asleep: slowly, and then all at once.”.
“Sometimes, you read a book and it fills you with this weird evangelical zeal, and you become convinced that the shattered world will never be put back together unless and until all living humans read the book.”
The Fault in Our Stars is an amazing book i would recommend to anyone and everyone. It is filled with many memorable quotes and is very inspiring.
“Oh, I wouldn't mind, Hazel Grace. It would be a privilege to have my heart broken by you.”
