What is Stress?
Stress is the general feeling a person gets as a result of being overwhelmed by different problems and challenges.
What are Some Causes of Stress?
Stress is caused by a multitude of things the most common being:
Problems of Knowledge
Negative social relationship (Ex. Friends, family, peer-pressure)
Main Question: How does stress affect one's validity of knowledge?
Sub Questions: How could an individual manage stress?
How could stress effect one's health?
"I'm afraid of failing."
"I'm not happy with myself or what I'm doing."
"I want to sleep for a long time."
"Too many people expect too much from me."
"I wish I was (insert adjective)."
