- Later known as Waffen SS Shortly after Hitler's release, in April 1925, he ordered a new bodyguard unit (SS) - The Leibstandarte SS Adolf Hitler was the first formation of what was to become the Waffen-SS. Formation - Motto was "Give death and take death" SS-Officer - The Gestapo Bodyguards Last Move - After 1939 SS-Waffen are moved help the nazi army - Becom Hitler's elite soldiers
