CARACTERISTICI CURENT-TENSIUNE
U=0 – o parte din electroni au suficienta energie pentru a produce curentul de intensitate I.

U>0 – pe masura ce tensiunea creste, tot mai multi fotoelectroni ajung la anod=> I creste.

U<0 – pe masura ce tensiunea scade, tot mai multiu fotoelectroni sunt franati de tensiunea inversa aplicata.
