Today's objectives
Thank you!
What is coaching?
The purpose of the options stage is not to find the right way forward, but to generate a variety of possible alternatives not previously considered.
Setting Goals
If you don’t know where you are going, then you won’t know when you’ve arrived...so, "begin with the end in mind"
- Stephen Covey, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People
An assessment of past and future. How far have you come to date towards the goal, and how far do you still have to go?
Coaching ...
Way Forward
Types of Goals
A one-on-one, goal-directed, results-oriented questioning process to empower the client to identify the steps needed to go from where they are to where they want to be related to a goal.
raises one's self-awareness to identify their strengths, lessons learned from their experiences and what keeps them motivated
helps one to identify the obstacles that are getting in the way of achieving their full potential and reaching their dreams and goals
takes the fear out of making change by helping someone identify how to expand their 'safety net'
Goals should be GREAT!

People often say that motivation doesn't last.
Well, neither does bathing –
That's why we recommend it daily.”

You can see when you take your eyes off your goal."
- Henry Ford
