What is coaching?
The purpose of the options stage is not to find the right way forward, but to generate a variety of possible alternatives not previously considered.

Types of Goals
A one-on-one, goal-directed, results-oriented questioning process to empower the client to identify the steps needed to go from where they are to where they want to be related to a goal.
raises one's self-awareness to identify their strengths, lessons learned from their experiences and what keeps them motivated
helps one to identify the obstacles that are getting in the way of achieving their full potential and reaching their dreams and goals
takes the fear out of making change by helping someone identify how to expand their 'safety net'

Coaching is a form of learning and personal development in which the coach supports the coachee to learn and to develop themselves in a way that helps them to achieve a goal.

The Way Forward is the final segment in which the client identifies specific action steps to implement their options to achieve their goal. It secures the motivation of the client and finishes by revisiting the session goal.
