Do not attempt to fight a fire unless:
You have received hands-on training
Alarm is sounded
Fire is small and contained
The fire blocks your safe egress route
You have a safe egress route
Available extinguishers are rated for size and type of fire
Remember, if in doubt, EVACUATE!
Know locations and types of extinguishers in your area
Always sound the alarm regardless of fire size
Avoid smoky conditions
Ensure area is evacuated
