What Can Mindfulness Do For You? What is Mindfulness??? ~ Bob Stahl Mindfulness is about being fully aware of whatever is happening in the present moment, without filters or the lens of judgment. Mindfulness is a practice of cultivating awareness of the mind and body and living in the here and now. As simple as 1 - 2 - 3 The Three Pillars of Mindfulness Awareness Like lowering the water table Listening to your body, becoming aware of what is going on around you. Let's Practice Allowing oneself to be in the moment with things exactly as they are, without trying to change anything. ~ Bob Stahl Mindfulness is a practice of non-doing, non-striving.
