What Can Mindfulness Do For You? What is Mindfulness??? ~ Bob Stahl Mindfulness is about being fully aware of whatever is happening in the present moment, without filters or the lens of judgment. Mindfulness is a practice of cultivating awareness of the mind and body and living in the here and now. As simple as 1 - 2 - 3 The Three Pillars of Mindfulness Awareness Like lowering the water table Listening to your body, becoming aware of what is going on around you.
