True Beauty is every persons face without make-up.
When you constantly wear make up, it masks your natural beauty.
True Beauty is who you are in your heart. How you look can and will eventually change, but the person you are inside can ONLY be changed if you allow it to be. The person you are on the inside is the true, beautiful person that should really be seen.

Look at yourself in a mirror. What type of person do you see?
If you could only change one thing about yourself, what would it be, and why did you pick that one thing?
What do you want to accomplish in your life? Why accomplish this? What have you done to make this happen for you?
Having high self-esteem means that you value yourself. What are the things you value most about yourself?
