- Civil liberties are personal guarantees and freedoms that the government cannot abridge, either by law or by judicial interpretation.
Therefore, not believing Liberalism is best is unconstitutional.
It has greater freedoms of civil rights and liberties
Liberalism creates a situation in which nations of the world have roughly equal power.
creates a balance of power
-Positive rights include: health care, education, etc.
- Therefore, Liberalism cares about the well being of the citizens of America. Those in favor of Liberalism care about the education of the youth and the health care of everyone.
Has an approach towards ensuring the universal provision of positive rights
An externality is consequence of an economic activity that is experienced by third parties. They can be either positive or negative.

- Since liberalism attempts to address externalities, they try to prevent it and they won't be negative.

promotes governmental innovation
Liberalism promotes gover
nment innovations, such as
the building of local parks,
gardens, local programs,
local government facilities.
