It is proud to have within its territorial jurisdiction the Plaza Mabini and Gym 1 where big events in the city are held. Tanauan Museum which restores the historic past of the city is also located here.

Mandatory positions in the barangay were filled out and officials have attended necessary trainings and seminars.
