FOUR THINGS YOU CAN SAY ABOUT TIME ARE:
It is fair
It does not discriminate
It treats everyone the same
Everyone have all there is
PRIORITY MANAGEMENT AND SELF-DISCIPLINE
WHAT TYPE OF PERSON ARE YOU ANYWAY?
PRIORITY MANAGEMENT TYPES :
The circler - Doing the same things over and over again and hoping for different results.
The Doodler - Doing irrelevant things
The Squanderer - Wasting too much time to "get ready"
The Beggar - Expecting time to wait for you
The Planner - Spends all the time planning
The Hun - Waiting too late to plan or get things done
The Passivist - Convincing yourself that it is not possible
Think before you answer out loud with an insincere or untrue "YES"
Make sure you understand exactly what is being asked of you and what the project involves before you give a "no" or "yes" answer
Learn the difference between assertiveness and rudeness
Learn how to put yourself and your future first. By doing this, you can say "yes" more often later on.
Put a time limit on your "yes." For example, you might agree to help someone but you could say, " I can give you 30 minutes and then I have to leave."

Situational - caused by change in physical and social environment, poor priority management, financial problems, conflicts at home,school and work,.
Psychological - caused by fear , unrealistic expectations, anxiety over your future, and anxiety over your past.
Biological - caused by anxiety ,reduced physical activity, weight loss/gain, insomnia and sexual difficulties.
Eustress and Distress
Eustress helps you become more motivated and it helps your energy body.
Distress - Headaches, Coughs, Fatigue and Dry mouth
Priority Management is basically self- discipline- and self discipline involves self-motivation. Priority management is paying attention to how you are spending your most valuable resource, and then devising a plan to use it more effectively.
Reflection on Prioritize:
Managing your time and reducing your levels of stress you will need for the rest of your life.
By learning to avoid procrastination and taking the time to enhance the quality of your life will help you to stay focus as a college student.
Both of these skills will help you to be successful as you enter the world of work.
