Transcript of Evangelization in CFC

Mass or proclamation evangelization.
Everyday evangelization is characterized by the following:
How do we evangelize?
It does not necessitate going to far-off places as a missionary, but it is done in the different environments we find ourselves in daily.
TALK 2 - EVANGELIZATION IN HOLD
Speaker : Sis Miles
18-03-16

Forms of evangelization
Random evangelization
Christian entertainment
Circumstantial or
everyday or environmental evangelization
Strategic or selective evangelization
Program evangelization
Relational or pastoral evangelization.
Evangelization in HOLD
In HOLD, we do all these different types of evangelization. But the most basic method for EVERY HOLD member to carry out Christ's Great Commission is to undertake everyday or environmental evangelization.
It does not necessitate a thorough familiarity with the Bible or Christian doctrine, but just a pure desire to share with others what God is doing in our lives.
It involves simple witnessing, often a silent witness, of our growing relationship with God, of better relationship with our spouse, of greater peace and order in our family.
First, we need to build a relationship.
Earn his/her respect rather than just be liked.
Be aggressive. Take initiative in the relationship. Make time in your schedule to get together often. Be creative.
Bring him/her into a relationship with other brothers and sisters, especially with a potential peer group.
Do not relate functionally, but be open to having a genuine friendship developing.
After the relationship is in place, present the gospel to him/her. Be sensitive to timing.
Challenge him/her.
Invite SISTERS to our CLP
Through our work of evangelization, we are to be families in the Holy Spirit, renewing the face of the earth.
The last talk showed us the "what" and the "why" of evangelization. Now we want to look at "how" to evangelize.
HOLD is a global evangelistic army.
CONCLUSION
We are all called to be evangelists.
