JOB HUNT
ROUND 1...
1. Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?
2. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
3. Why are you the right person for this job?
4. If you had problems with a co-worker how would you solve it?
5. Why do we need to hire you?
6. Why are you better than the other candidates?
7. Why do you want to work in our company?
8. How do you see yourself in 5 years?

COMMON JOB INTERVIEW QUESTIONS:
Coach! Split the class in two groups, interviewers and job hunters. The job hunter has to look for an interviewer, answer the question and then look for another one, each interviewer has to give a grade from 1 to 10 to each job hunter and tell him what he needs to get a better score and get the job. After the feedback is given he has to go with another interviewer. Give at least 5 minutes per question and then choose someone to come to the front and practice the question of that time lapse.
