The Real Story Compare and
Contrast John Smith and Pocahontas met in the woods and fell in love. John Smith was captured when venturing out alone at night to meet Pocahontas. THANKS FOR WATCHING!!!!! Pocahontas and John Smith met when she rescued him from execution then Powhatan adopted him. John Smith was captured on an expodition one day in December when he and his Indian guide split from the other Englishmen MADE BY: EMILY GRAYSON BRAKE :) Pocahontas was engaged to Kocoum but chose John Smith. After John Smith went home to England, she was engaged to Kocoum but chose John Ralph. The colonists sailed on the Susan Constant. The colonist sailed on the Susan Constant, Godspeed and Discovery. As soon as the Susan Constant landed, John Smith went exploring. John Smith was arrested and clapped in irons during the voyage and was not released until a month after they landed. Then he started to explore. John Smith was tall and clean shaven. John Smith was actually short and had a full beard. Pocahontas wore a leather mini-dress with one shoulder strap. Disney showed Pocahontas and John Smith meeting each other when they were both young adults. This is what Disney said about
Pocahontas And this is what the real story is In the real story, Pocahontas was
just 11 when John Smith was 28. Pocahontas was actually naked when they met then when she was 12, she wore fur to keep warm.
