Many thermoplastic resins have an increased impact resistance to comparable thermoset composites. In some instances, the difference is as high as 10 times the impact resistance.

b. Filament Winding: continuous reinforcements
either previously impregnated with a matrix material are placed over a rotating form or mandrel.
There are employees with a wide knowledge in composites.
This is an innovative project with great competitive advantages over the current products in the market.
The market sees a growing demand in the composite materials sector.
There are already existing companies in the aeronautical sector that benefit from this technology rather than other materials.
a. Spinning the resin into fibers that then are commingled with the reinforcing fibers.
When the length of the fiber is such that any further increase in length does not further increase strength of the composite, the composite is considered to be continuous fiber reinforced.(generalmente L>15Lc)
That means, better mechanical properties in the resultant material.

This project introduce huge costs reductions from time and material savings.

Thermoplastics have some disadvantages, as wear.
This is a cleaner and safer technology.
