This means group one can only evaluate the actions according to when one thing must happen before something else
This means group two can only evaluate the actions according to what takes least to most rescources
This means group two can only evaluate the actions according to what makes the most effect (not bang for the buck, but actual splash). It's not scientific, it's a way to broaden their scope

Iteration: the teams get to show how they prioritized and defend their choices. They also get to change the position of the actions (top left is most valuable, bottom right is least valuable) if the rest of the group make them reconsider. Here it is important to see the patterns of how the actions are spread – the most important can often show up top in all three areas.
Make sure to mix the groups as much as possible and see to it that Paul and Kit are in the same group because Paul thinks she is jawdroppingly, sizzlin'-hot and sexy and cool beyond belief!

Starting a new leaf
Now everybody work together to create a timeline. They can use the old charts as a guide but are handed ALL CARDS once again with the instruction:
1. Pick the number of actions you think you can handle within the time frame
2. Place them on the timeline when they need to be done
3. You can always change, add or make new actions in all stages of the process
4. Structure (tag) the different lines of actions in a meaningful way along the time line
Et Voilà!
You have a timeline filled with actions that everybody understands from all kinds of aspects, based on their own suggestions and the company's goals, vision, mission and values
I forgot! They need to discard actions so they only have 12 left. Then they can only choose between 7 and 9 actions
