: From Cagayan De Oro City (4 hours), ride a bus from the Cagayan de Oro bus terminal then, upon reaching the Mukas, Lanao del Norte or Tabigi, Lanao del Norte port, a 10 to 15 minute barge ride to reach the Ozamiz City port then a jeepney or bus to Tangub or Oroquieta Cities or to the municipalities of the Misamis Occidental.
From Cebu City: An overnight boat trip to the port of Ozamiz City then ride a jeepney or bus bound for Tangub City, Oroquieta City or the municipalities of Misamis Occidental.

Bukidnon
is a landlocked province of the Philippines located in the Northern Mindanao region. The province borders clockwise starting north, Misamis Oriental, Agusan del Sur, Davao del Norte, Cotabato, Lanao del Sur and Lanao del Norte.
• Bukidnon became a part of the province of Misamis as a municipality in 1850. It was then called Malay-balay (few houses), and its people, Bukidnon (mountain people).
• It was separated form Misamis in August 20, 1907. Phil. Com. Act 1963, creating Bukidnon a sub-province.

There are no direct flights to Bukidnon form Manila. Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific and Air Philippines has several daily flights from Manila to Cagayan de Oro City and one daily flight from Cebu via Cebu Pacific.
LAND:
2 hours away by land from Cagayan de Oro City. Local bus companies in Cagayan de Oro, such as Bachelor Express, Tomawis, and others, services this route.
SEA:
12 hours by sea from Cebu.
