If you lose connectivity...
1. Check to make sure the wireless toggle is black. If it is on red, then switch to black and reopen the browser.
2. If you still have no connectivity restart your machine.
If you are testing and your screen freezes, turns black or white, or time out...
1. Close out of program and reopen
2. If unable to successfully close out of the program, press Control, Alt., Delete to force quit.
If you are having difficulty remembering your printer pin or HLMS password...
1. Check your Gmail account.
If your laptop battery dies...
1. Remove power cord from your compartment on the computer cart and plug in.
2. Remember to return your power cord with your computer at the end of the class and plug in.
If your laptop will not turn on and it is not a battery issue...
