1- Salary Elements Definitions:
1.1- Basic Salary = Basic Payment for the work performed


1.2- Base Salary = Basic Salary + Cash Allowances
(Fixed payments: Housing + Transportation + Telephone)


1.3- Total Cash = Base Salary + Performance Bonus

2- Market Lines Definitions:
2.1 - D9 (Upper Decile): it is called the 90th Percentile

2.2 - Q3 (Upper Quartile): it is called the 75th Percentile

2.3 - M (Median): it is called the 50th Percentile

2.4 - Q1 (Lower Quartile): It is called the 25th Percentile

2.5 - D1 (Lower Decile): It is called the 10th Percentile

2.6 – Internal Median: it is the median data of each Job Band of Ramaco

lets take the example of D9 (90 % percentile):


We will take the Average of the Top 10 Salaries of Site Engineers, for this case, it will be:

= 19,550 QAR




IF the Average of Ramaco's Site Engineers Salaries is 12,000 QAR
