is between 40 and 70 degrees. Freshwater biomes cover 20% of the Earth. They are very important to human survival, because more than 50% of all drinking water comes from freshwater biomes. Less than 30% of water is freshwater. This is a picture of freshwater. Usally we in the U.S. cannot find anything this beautiful.
