but that means fear controls us
Accept it....
Try to make the best of it, but that is reactive to changes already made

These are the values we use for
Leading Change
Vision
is a picture of future success
It allows us to visualize the end result
It inspires us with possibilities of what might be
A plan with goals is the nuts and bolts of leading change
Effective leaders have the capacity to create a compelling VISION
A clear plan allows them to make that Vision a reality
