When Did The Japanese Tea Ceremony Start?
The Japanese tea ceremony started around the time when the Japanese used the Chinese practices of drinking influenced by green tea and Zen Buddhist beliefs.
Traditional Japanese homes are made out of wood and paper, Therefore these houses are organic, and furthermore the wood and paper house should last up to twenty years before having to be rebuilt or repaired. Japanese houses originally didn't have any cellars or basements at all because it is not allowed by law.
A lot of Japanese music was originally from China. But the Japanese changed it to their own style.

Preparing tea ceremony is not easy for the host as it takes a lot of hard work to prepare. The tea ceremony can be held at home, at a special tea room, in a tea house or outdoors. In a tea ceremony a theme has to be chosen and food needs to be prepared. The room needs to be clean and tidy before the guests arrives. The flowers used in the tea ceremony are rotated in different ways. The Japanese flower arrangement is called Chabana.
Kimonos is a traditional Japanese dress worn by women and men also, kimonos can be seen at special occasions and events such as weddings, graduations and performance shows.
Japanese antique chests and cabinets are used as sofa tables, bedside cabinets, study and bedroom chests, sideboards, kitchen dressers and all manner of storage in small units and large homes, these pieces exude character and charm where ever they are employed.
Displaying simple designs and shapes, sliding doors and secret hidden drawers are features, along with practical configurations of drawers and cupboard spaces; portability is also considered and reflected in handles and light weight timbers.
