Suggestions
Globalization has an effect on
the education in UAE.

- Teach the lesson using interesting ways.

- Theteachers should keep developing their knowledge by attending the professional development sessions which ADEC provides.

- Keeping updated with the new technology that is used in the education field.

- Teachers should observe each child individually, because children have different types of intelligences, for example, intrapersonal, natural, music….. This will help the teachers to group the students not only according to their academic level but also to their type of intelligence.

Overusing of technology affects the students badly.

Some teachers tend to choose one student as
a leader to each group and neglect the fact
that other students need to be in this position.
