Transcript of Weber v. Jolly

Plantiff- A New Jersey woman Eileen Weber. Defendant- Italian hotel. (Jolly hotel) A "slip and fall" incedent. New Jersey had no jurisdiction over the defendant. The case was removed to the United States District court for the District of New Jersey on diversity grounds. One of the first federal desicions to discuss internet jurisdiction. The case was transfered to the Southern District of New York. She got information from a travel agency off the internet. The case did not have personal jurisdicion. Devin & Kristen.
