Transcript of 4th of July family reunion

Results
Overall, the trip was a good one. I enjoyed meeting my family members. It was a great experience. I'm also glad it was held in a state that I had never been to.
Fourth of July family reunion
Travel
My father, mother, niece and I drove all the from Mississippi to Colorado. It took us two days to get there. The ride was torture.
Arrival
After riding for two days, we finally made it to Loveland, Colorado. The reunion was held at a resort in the mountains. The view was beautiful. It was also scary to be so high up. The weather was was warm, but way up high there was snow at the peak of the mountains.
I got a chance to meet all of my aunts and uncles. I didn't know my dad had so many siblings.
I had so many cousins that were the same age as me. At first, many of us were shy and didn't talk to each other. After a while, we opened up, played games, and had a lot of fun.
The Hogan Family
The Hogan Family is huge! We branch out all across the United States. On July 4th, 2006, our family reunion was held in Loveland, CO. It was my first experience meeting my aunts, uncles, and cousins on my father's side of the family.
