Embedding external content
Create and Save a PowerPoint presentation
Publishing the speaker notes is optional
Upload PowerPoint
Copy the Shortcut to the Clipboard!
Create a new Webpage
If the webpage already exists, feel free to skip this section.
Add a WebPart
Open the Prezi at Prezi.com
Click [Share]
Select [Embed]
Adjust the site if neccessary
Copy the HTML-Code to the Clipboard
Add a WebPart
The Prezi is displayed in a
Content Editor WebPart (CEWP)
.
Paste from the Clipboard
Done!

At first open the Powerpoint-Presentation...
Save it in a specific format.
Done!
YouTube
Open the page on YouTube
Below the video you will find the link to "Share".
Copy the HTML-Code to the Clipboard.
Add a WebPart
The YouTube-Video is displayed in a
Content Editor WebPart (CEWP)
.
Paste from the Clipboard
Done!
The video is displayed in the CEWP.
If desired the layout properties (Chrome Type) of the CEWP can be adjusted.

SharePoint 2013 Users
It can happen that embedding <iFrames> doesn't work in SP2013. This is because of the [HTML Field Security] setting.
This is where you can add a domain to the allowed sources for embedding with <iFrames>:
only SP2013!
Sway Embedding
Sways can only embedded in SharePoint 2013!
Navigate to your Sway-Portal...
From the "My Sways" screen you can only get the link of your presentation.
Open your Sway to get access to the embed-code.
Get the Code
1) Select [Share] from the top navigation bar:
2) Click on the elippsis button to extend the menu.

3) Click on [Get embed code]

4) Copy the code to the clipboard.
Insert the Code on a Page
2) Paste the code from the Clipboard and feel free to modify the width and height of the frame prior inserting.
1) Edit the page, place the cursor on the desired area and select [INSERT] - [Embed Code]
Done!
It can happen that not all of the content of the embedded Sway.
