Very instant
Links to facebook and twitter
Could be used with ease when out of the office

Not overly expansive
Limited amount of companies use it 'Paper.li is a content curation service. It enables people to publish newspapers based on topics they like and treat their readers to fresh news, daily' Pros
Works well with Facebook, and very well with Twitter
Is a great way to collate interesting and standout tweets from people that you chose
Can work well when at an event, as all tweets related to the same thing could be seen

Not enough people use it on a daily basis compared to the standout platforms
Seems much more ideal for hobbies rather than a business 'Pinterest is a Virtual Pinboard'

'Pinterest lets you organize and share all the beautiful things you find on the web'

'Our goal is to connect everyone in the world through the 'things' they find interesting' Pros
Ties in very well with blogging formats
Can be used via Twitter & Facebook
Is a good way of collating visuals and info to then show to clients/people interested in the business etc
Is a relatively good visual guide to the development of a product
Not overly company orientated but this is beginning to change
Seems harder to promote and gain an audience compared to the likes of Twitter & Facebook 'Instagram is a fun and quirky way to share your life with friends through a series of pictures. Snap a photo with your mobile phone, then choose a filter to transform the image into a memory to keep around forever' Pros
Very quick and easy to use
Ties in with twitter extremely well as a picture on Instagram can act as a tweet on Twitter
Useful if working on a project and want to show others what you are doing

Doesn't seem beneficial
Wouldn't be utilised often 'Now when you shoot video with your phone you can include footage taken by your friends filming the same events. Just point your phones at something and record, Vyclone does the rest'

Has a range of effects, much like Instagram but in video form
Still fairly new only having been released in May
Is only an app therefore can only be used on an iphone

There are also a variety of tools that can be used in order to utilise a Twitter account to the best of it's ability, especially regarding a business.

It is the second largest search engine next to google and as Youtube is owned by google all videos can be indexed by googles own search engine
Has a variety of seo features for every video and channel
Conversions- Can link videos back to company website and social networking sites via each video

Can make your video more accessible by using tags and keywords which will then make you more likely to appear in the related videos section Cons
Very limited and difficult when it comes to personalization and customization
Can't choose or add your own ad network, therefore videos may feature unwanted advertising
Can sometimes be inconsistent when streaming, this is normally down to high traffic
