What is culture?
Is a way of life of a group of people--the behaviors, beliefs, values, and symbols that they accept, generally without thinking about them, and that are passed along by communication and imitation from one generation to the next.
Goal and Future oriented
In communication, they're quick and efficient
Hard work is rewarded
More competitive instead of cooperative
Believe in the importance of loyalty to a leader
Aggressiveness and ability are believed to be responsible for leading a person to great achievements, not fate or destiny
One most strive for the best
Machismo plays an important role
Restraint of feelings
Limited verbal expressions toward authority figures
Preference for closer personal space
Relaxed about punctuality
Immediate short-term goals
Cooperative rather than competitive
Strong bonds with family
Warmth and demonstrativeness
Sense of punctuality
Latinos are more of contact and teamwork, while Anglo people are more individualists
Anglos are planners, while Latinos are living by the day
As far as I could find, there is no similarity between Anglos and Latinos, because they come from completely different cultures, share many things but without any likeness
