What about the Adkin's Diet?
- Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension
At least 150 minutes of moderate exercise a week or
75 minutes of vigorous activity each week or
a combination of both.
Aim for 30 minutes of aerobic exercise most days of the week.
The dash diet focuses on reducing sodium intake, and increasing foods rich in K, Ca, and Mg which are key nutrients in reducing blood pressure.
*Consuming protein is what keeps the body running properly , but consuming too much can cause side effects.
*Consuming too much protein can cause low calcium, heart problems, kidney problems and gout.
*Consuming too little protein can cause your body to not have the required vitamins and iron levels
*Protein is loaded with high levels of iron, B vitamins like niacin and riboflavin that provide healthy skin and nerves
