Initial contact for telephone interview with prospective candidate

GRS will conduct an in depth interview to fully qualify the candidate for the position

Review and narrow to a short list based on Motivation, Qualifications, Personality, Compensation & Intangibles

Step 5
GRS will arrange interviews at a central location to the candidates. Anders and Heather will conduct the interviews together.

Step 6
GRS will arrange final interviews in Sweden if necessary.

Base Salary:
$130,000 - $160,000
10+ years of experience in the truck-bus market
Understanding of the sales channels (Distributors/Dealers/OEMs)
Ability to take a solution selling approach
Strong mechanical aptitude with an ability to understand suspensions and vehicle systems
Could come from a manufacturer or dealership/distributor
Strong track record of growing sales and holding sales people accountable for results
Direct management experience is a plus, but can be a salesperson who has the ability to become a leader
Ability to understand P&L and pricing
This is the market leader for this product with 70% market share
Very profitable company with big growth plans
This role is extremely visible and success in the role will lead to accolades from all corners of the organization
The ability to get quick decisions for customers and growth initiatives
Strong existing management
Success in this role can lead to an opportunity to become President for North America
