Transcript of Hispanic heritage: Fida Kahlo

About Her:
Frida Kahlo was born on July 6, 1907 in Coyocoan Mexico city, Mexico. She is considered one of Mexico's greatest artist. She began painting after she was severely injured in a bus accident. Later she became politicallity and married to Deigo Rivera in 1929. She exhibited her paintings in Mexico and Paris before her death.
Early Life: continued
At the age of 6 she contacted Polio which cost her to bedridden for 9 months. When he did recover from illness he limped The disease damaged her right leg and foot. Her father encouraged her to play sports such as soccer, swimming, and even wrest to help aid in her recovery.
Studies and Injuries
In 1992, Kahlo enrolled at the National Preparatory School. She was one of the few female students that attended the school, she was kown for her jovial spirit and colorful clothes and jewlery. The same year, famed Mexican muralist Diego Rivera worked on a project at the school.

Magadalena Carmen Frida Kahlo and Calderon on July 6, 1907 was born in Coyocan Mexico City, Mexico. she began painting after she was severely injured. She grew up in a family's home where she was born. Referred as the "Blue House" or " La Casa Azul". Wilhelm her father (also called Guillermo), was a German photographer who imigrated to Mexico where he met and married her mother Matilde. Matilde and Adriana and her younger sister was born after Frida.

In April 1954 Kahlo went to the hospital because of her poor health. Then she returned to the hospital with bronchia pneumonia as she was laying down she kept on making self portraits then Kahlo died on July 13 in her special Blue House
