Import Excel-File as a SharePoint-List
Prepare the Excel-List
Predefined column formatting and naming the import range makes it easier to adjust the fields in SharePoint after the import.
The import range was previously defined in the Excel file.
Create a List in SharePoint
Import the Spreadsheet
Name the list and select the file to import
Select the range to import
The import process may take several minutes depending on the amount of records.
Feel free to rename columns and do further fine tuning on the format.
