Belgium

Physical Characteristics 69% of land is crops Population over 10 million 75% of religion is Roman Catholic Main languages are Dutch, French, and German Democratic Country Old fashioned style houses House located in downtown Belgium Some bodies of water, Lake Gilleppe, and the Leie River. Climate is usually rainy humid and cloudy. Most soil is grainy and humid which is decent farming soil. Muskrats, Pheasants, Peregrine Falcons, and many other animals live in Belgium. Beach and Lyme Grass different Firs and trees such as Beech are some plants from Belgium. Humans modify their environment by: Humans adapt to their environment by: Food/Crops Heat/Fire Wood/Electricity Water/Purifiers Built Houses Created technology to become comfortable Create road ways to make it easier to get from place to place Wear clothing that is appropriate for season/climate Creating different thing that make them feel like they fit in with their atmosphere Eating foods that someone in that place would normally eat Where Belgium is located 4 51 51 Immigration Impact: Transportation Routs 120,111 paved roads 33,484 unpaved roads 43 airports, main airport is the Charleroi Airport in south Brussels Trains are a big part of how people get around, two of the big main trains are the Eurostar train and Thalys train.
