The Legalization of Marijuana
Transcript of The Legalization of Marijuana
A 3 year old child named Landon underwent chemotherapy and radiation after being diagnosed with leukemia, but his reaction to the treatment left him very ill. His mother, Sarah, says, "Landon suffered nerve-damage in his legs, nausea that lead to vomiting dozens of times a day, intense pain and at one point went 25 days without eating following the treatment." Landon's mother decided to give her son marijuana in the hopes to cure her son's cancer. She moved to Colorado to help her son. Although you must be 18 to use the drug, she took the risk and continued with her plan.

Types of Medical Marijuana

74% of Americans are in favor
for the legalization of medical marijuana

she decided to smoke marijuana to
help with not only her pain, but with the hopes
that her blood work would improve in her liver. Thankfully, it did and her liver is now in perfect condition.
